Recreation Baseball and Softball is back in Banning.  With the help of Richard Macias, Jim Price, Richard Soriano, Thomas Simanek and many other volunteers, the kids of Banning, CA will be able to play this time honored sport on their own fields.  Opening Day is scheduled to commence on March 17th.  Ceremonies  will begin at 10 am with Banning Mayor Don Robinson and  other city official present at Lions Park to kick off this exciting season.  There will be food, activities and even some ball games scheduled to be played.  With over 430 players signed up for the season, it looks to be a great starter season as a new member of the Little League community.
